Kelly Simmons - "I'm starting to think this is our Damn the Torpedoes or Darkness on the Edge of Town. It has awesome songs on it. It's been a long one to make but it's our most solid record from start to finish. It has the most potential singles and is definitely a step further in regards to us realizing ourselves." Mike Lewis - "This record really challenged my playing ability. Going into it, I didn't think I could even do it. Coming out of it, I think I'm twice the guitar player I was when we started." Paul Noel - "Embracing was a completely different process than Serenades. It was much more piecemeal and took a much longer time getting it together. I lost track multiple times on where things were at in the process, but I feel it came to be our best record yet." |
